Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase you may request a full refund within 7 working days of receiving the artwork, please notify us by email info@auntjoygallery.com with the full artwork details and reason for the return.

The buyer must return the purchase within 7 days of notifying Aunt Joy Gallery. Once the artwork has been safely returned, undamaged, we will process the refund due to the Buyer as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which the Buyer gave Aunt Joy Gallery notice of cancellation. Aunt Joy Gallery will refund the price of the purchase in full, but not the cost of delivery & insurance.

If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours and we will talk through options.
